Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance after delivery.
