Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Customized or altered items
Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us or picked up through our logistics partner.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
If the order was Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
